Pin Oaks 3 bedroom B&B accommodation is a semi-rural property between Ashhurst and Palmerston North, set amongst 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds and mature Pin Oak trees. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility whilst only 10 minutes from Palmerston CBD. The B&B which sleeps 5 is located within the main house but is completely private with a separate entry.
Enjoy the entire 3 bedroom guest suite in a beautiful semi-rural garden setting. The suite has two double bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, and single bedroom, sunny lounge, toilet and dining room downstairs. All rooms have beautiful views of the garden, are well appointed and beds have quality linens.

Continental breakfast (toast, spreads, cereal, fresh fruit salad, & yoghurt with gluten free options) are included in the price of accommodation. No cooking facilities available (only microwave) but breakfast will be set out in the dining room at a prearranged time.

"Stunning, private B&B on large grounds with an exceptional host
Amazing B&B. Lovely big home on huge grounds surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is totally private and quiet, about 10 minutes drive outside of Palmerston North. Betty was super friendly and went the extra mile in every way. The house is lovely, beds are super comfy, high quality bed linen, lovely lounge, and outdoor furniture for sitting outside in the garden. The whole place is next-level clean, and the breakfast was filling and delicious. Amazing value for money at this level of quality and attention to detail.
The whole experience is outstanding. We couldn't fault it if we tried. "
